Research Abstract

In IgA nephropathy patients, expression levels of tonsillar TLR9 was well correlated with the efficacy of tonsillectomy with steroid pulse therapy. In addition, the decreasing rate of serum IgA level by tonsillectomy was well correlated with the remission of proteinuria.
