Fructose intake induced O-GlcNAc modification of RNA-binding motief protein on X chromosome(RBMX), which related to the activation of SREBP-1c in the mouse liver. The abnormal regulation of hexosamine-signaling pathway and O-GlcNAc cycling reflected on the genetic susceptibility to hepatic lipogenesis and metabolic disorders induced by high fructose diet
