Research Abstract |
The present study provided the association between arterial-phase tumor enhancement using CT gastrography(CTG) volumetric data and clinicopathological features in gastric cancer patients. We have identified Wall-carving image(WC) as a novel and simple method for displaying global neovascularization of a tumor and predicting malignancy level of gastric cancers. CTG utilizing WC may become a potent diagnostic tool for selecting optimal therapeutic strategies in patients with gastric cancer.
