Research Abstract |
Brain imaging examinations were performed in patients with neurodegenerative diseases causing parkinsonism or dementia, and multiple sclerosis. MR DTI showed damaged specific tracts which are supposed to correlated with cognition and a combination of structural brain measure can distinguish parkinsonian syndromes
