Research Abstract |
In Gunma University, I was enabled in producing copper-64 which was a positron emitter by medical cyclotron. We stably synthesized SarAr cheleter, Sarcophagine, 3, 6, 10, 13, 16, 19-hexaazabicycle[6. 6. 6]-eicosane-1, 8-diamine, as novel chelator for copper-64 labeling. We hope that the application by various labeling antibodies comes to be a new diagnosis.
