Research Abstract |
We studied clinical significance of ubiquitin ligase(skp2 and Fbw7) in breast cancer and potential of ubiquitin ligase targeting-therapy for breast cancer. Fbw7 downregulation and skp2 overexpression were significantly correlated with aggressive phenotype in breast cancer. Fbw7 knockdown led to suppression of proliferation in breast cancer cells.
