Research Abstract |
We developed a mouse model of lung tissue transplantation using biocompatible scaffold materials. Fragments of fetal lung tissue taking from GFP mice were infused with biocompatible materials into the lungs of wild type recipient mice. Grafts expressing GFP were observed for three days after transplantation.
