Research Abstract |
We are studying oncolytic viral(OV) therapy as a new therapeutic modality for malignant glioma. In OV therapy-induced changes of the several proangiogenic factors, we confirmed the significant, induction of cysteine-rich protein 61(CYR61) gene expression in tumors treated to OV. We are exploring the influence of angiotome such as CYR61 on OV therapy and continue to make new OV.
