Research Abstract

We analyzed expression of the major molecules involved in the Wnt signal pathway in intracranial germ cell tumors using immunohistochemical technique. ss-catenin was suggested to be a novel tumor marker for immature teratoma. There was not a significant trend of expression in the other molecules analyzed.
