Research Abstract |
The high value of interleukin-8 in amniotic fluid(> 32. 5ng/ml) and tachycardia in cardiotocogram(> 157bpm) were independent risk factors for neonatal adverse prognosis(CP, MR, CLD). These might be the result of fetal inflammatory response syndrome(FIRS). Therefore, the aggressive delivery might have to be considered in these cases and the neonatal outcome would be better.
