Research Abstract |
We investigated the usefulness of urinary biomarker for early diagnosis of acute kidney injury(AKI). Our study suggested that urinary NGAL might be more useful for early diagnosis of AKI than urinary L-FABP. In addition, 368 kinds of proteins by proteomic analysis of urine have been detected, and it is to be expected to establish a new biomarker.
