| Research Abstract |
Here we established new SPARC knock out mouse on C3H strain from MF strain by back crossing method. Using microarray technique, expression of 6 kinds of gene such as Camp, Ngp, Ig-., Saa3, Gpr84, Ptk6 was induced in the lung of SPARC knock our mice. These were suggested to be candidate genes associating lung metastasis of cancer.
