Every cell can differentiate into target cell and regenerate target tissue via embryo-stem cell under the condition that RNA polymeraseIIthat takes on first step transcription of gene expression, change from free state to systematized state by TNFαwhich is typical inflammatory cytokine and appropriate activation factor and organizational environment factor(scaffold, differentiation factor, culture media).
