| Research Abstract |
This research aimed at clarification of the place of the medical childcare worker and its role. The medical childcare worker is required for a child's in hospital development support as a result of precedence research. I examined of aiming at improvement in a medical childcare worker's quality and planning quality enhancement of child care, and the medical childcare for it.
Moreover, I examined the quality enhancement of the child care by planning a medical childcare worker's quality enhancement, and the state of the medical childcare for it.
As one of the measures of research, when practicing arrangement of a medical childcare worker and medical childcare, I conducted basic investigation of counting on a childcare worker's arrangement situations, such as a child's change accompanying arrangement of required knowledge, technology, and a childcare worker, the problem of arrangement, and a childcare worker. At childcare worker study session, I aimed at a child's in hospital assisted living and substantial childcare support by planning quality enhancement of childcare. Quality enhancement of child care will be planned at the same time that leads to the life about which the child in hospital felt easy.
While clarifying the medical childcare worker's work content about the medical childcare worker's work content which was not clarified until now based on the result obtained by the research for three years, I clarified the operating standard which can be checked according to years of experience.
