Research Abstract |
We developed a transmission line type thin film sensor for biomagnetic application. The sensor element consists of coplanar pattern of Cu, ceramic substrate and amorphous CoNbZr film. A small AC magnetic field was applied to the sensor element and a very small phase change was detected using a Dual Mixer Time Difference method. Sinusoidal wave around 8Hz-was observed using the sensor, probably it may beαwave.
