Research Abstract

四つの架橋配位子のうち一つの配位子のフタルイミド基だけに末端スチリル基を持つリンカーを組み込んだ単量体Rh_2(S-PTTL)_4誘導体とスチレンおよび架橋剤との懸濁共重合反応を行うことで調製した不溶性高分子担持型Rh_2(S-PTTL)_4誘導体の不斉触媒反応への適用を検討し、本年度は以下の成果を得た。
1.α-ジアゾ-β-ケトエステルをカルボニルイリド前駆体、スチレンを求双極子剤とする分子間不斉1,3-双極付加環化反応に固相担持型Rh_2(S-TCPTTL)_4を適用したところ、収率に課題を残すもののRh_2(S-TCPTTL)_4を用いた場合と同程度のエキソ選択性および不斉収率で付加環化生成物が得られることが分かった。この結果は、本固相錯体が母型錯体Rh_2(S-TCPTTL)_4と極めて類似した不斉反応場をもつことを示している。また、単量体Rh_2(S-TCPTTL)_4誘導体、架橋剤および2-トリフルオロスチレンとの懸濁共重合反応を行うことで調製した触媒を用いると収率が改善されることが分かった。さらに、管径11mmのカラム管に本固相錯体と海砂を充填したフローリアクターに基質を流速0.5mL/hで注入して反応を行った場合,良好な収率で付加環化体を得ることができた。
2.高分子担持型Rh_2(3-TFPTTL)_4が、フェニルヨージナンをナイトレン前駆体とするフェニルアセトン由来のシリルエノールエーテルの不斉アミノ化反応において高い不斉識別能を示すことが判明した。
