| Research Abstract |
22年度における本研究は、21年度に樹立したモノクローナル抗体(2P-1-2-1,2P-1-17-1,6P-3-2-4,7p-9-11-6)が認識する抗原の解析を進めると共に、上記免疫方法を用いてヒト肝外胆管がん細胞株特異的モノクローナル抗体2種類(a2-H1-B12,a6-A11-D1)を新規に樹立した。
研究成果として、第69回日本癌学会学術総会にて3演題(1)The utility of novel antibodies in pathological diagnosis of pancreatic neoplasm(研究協力者と共同発表)、(2)Approaches to establish new monoclonal antibodies specific for cancerous pancreatic juice by subtractive immunization(3)Establishment of monoclonal antibodies specific for extrahepatic bile duct carcinoma by subtractive immunization、日本薬学会第131年会に2演題の計5演題を発表し、これらの新規モノクローナル抗体の臨床的有用性を示した。
また、6P-3-2-4の英文論文(Novel monoclonal antibodies against pancreatic juice from pancreatic cancer patients and their possible application in differential diagnosis)を投稿し受理された(International Journal of Molecular Medicine)。また、a2-H1-B12,a6-A11-D1の英文論文(Novel monoclonal antibodies specific for the extrahepatic bile duct carcinoma cell line (KMBC))も投稿準備が終了した。
