Research Abstract |
To construct model cell lines for cancer development, profiling the microRNA, a small non-coding RNA (less than 22 bases) which has a function of regulating gene expression, and proteomic analysis were performed. Human keratinocytes were exposed to UV-B, and miRNA related to apoptosis (programming cell death) and DNA repair were analyzed.
