Research Abstract |
A barrier-discharge ion source, a photo擁onization ion source and sampling and analytical methods have been developed for on耀ite analysis such as environmental monitoring, mass spectrometric diagnosis, etc. by using the portable multi-turn time-of-flight mass spectrometer developed at Osaka University.
