Research Abstract

The lipid of cell surface membrane accounts for only 1% of total lipids. In this research project, I aimed to determine lipid species enriched at the cell surface membrane and clarify the functional roles of lipids consisting of cell surface membrane. For this purpose, I established a new method to analyze lipid composition of cell surface membrane.
