Research Abstract |
We developed the new carrier device for sever heart failure using apoptotic cell-mimetic liposome. It induced anti-inflammatory effect in ischemic tissue and improved cardiac function after myocardial infarction. It may be a novel candidate of the carrier for tissue engineering.
