Research Abstract |
Inflammation-related miRNAs might be involved in regulation of inflammatory response and tissue fibrosis. However, these genes have not been identified yet. In the present study, we identified wound-related known and unknown miRNAs using next generation sequencing. Then we identified inflammation-related miRNAs and clarified its functions using histological, cellular and molecular biological, and imaging analysis in vivo and in vitro.
