Research Abstract |
It is still difficult to detect and/or prevent intrusions. Thus, we should assume that our machines can be compromised anytime for a next generation security framework. In this research, we proposed a new intrusion detection methodology based on the notifications from other machines. Our simulation results show our proposed system is effective to reduce compromised machines. Moreover, the proposed model will suppress the propagation of compromised machines.
