Research Abstract |
Aiming at assisting analysis of gene expression data for human mentality, this study proposed a novel method for identifying genetic responses (gene modules) specific for each mentality and built a database storing extracted modules and their biological knowledge. This study hereby enabled us to consolidate gene expression data dispersed in multiple public databases and to discover biological useful modules.
