Research Abstract |
In this study, I applied in vivo two-photon functional calcium imaging of VGAT-Venus transgenic rats/mice, in which GABAergic neurons express Venus, a yellow fluorescent protein to the unanesthetized condition. And I analyzed response properties of excitatory and inhibitory neurons in the awakening brain function
