Research Abstract |
n-3 PUFAs plays an important role in brain. To understand the effect of maternal intake of n-3 PUFAs against postnatal macroglia development in the brain of P0, P7 and P14.We performed several morphological studies of the cerebral cortices in these pups. Our data suggest that appropriate intake of n-3 PUFAs is important for postnatal glial development.
