Research Abstract |
A perfluorosulfonate ionomers (Nafion) with a few nanometer was deposited on silica particles via layer-by-layer assembly technique. The particle became superhydrophobic after the coating, and ethanol molecules were absorbed on the particles (0.042mL/g particle). The concentration of ethanol from 20 to 24vol.% can be successfully observed at room temperature.
