Research Abstract |
High-sensitive refractive index sensor has been developed. Especially the hydrogen gas sensor using a subwavelength dielectric grating on a palladium film was developed. We have succeeded detecting the hydrogen concentration of 4% by measuring the resonant angle shift of 0.04°.
