Research Abstract |
I conducted participative observation research in the preservation districts : Imai in Nara, Kumagawa in Fukui and Sannenzaka in Kyoto. I found not only the Community Insertion's Problem but also information lacks about the security of buildings. Thus, final year, I engaged in the research about existing condominium transaction, which became the foundation of my next research of Kaken Project.
