| Research Abstract |
This research project is a part of my project, which is titled as "The Objective nature of the Constitutional Adjudication and The Function and the Competence of the Judicial Power".
Two of the main themes of this project are,(1) to assert the persuasive claim that make clear about the nature of the constitutional adjudication and(2) to analyze and to give proof to the above assertion.
I am very proud to report that I could've realized the desired result through this research project.
And the result has been beyond my expectation.
For, I was consulted by attorney lawyers who were dealing with the lawsuits related to the constitutional issues. So in the process of considering these issues, I could obtain the needs of the lawyers who are struggling with the constitutional adjudication.
I have submitted several papers to the courts and I am preparing to submit several other papers. On those papers, I am sure that the point I would like to assert has been properly reflected.
