Research Abstract |
Indonesia has some religions, custom , therefore it has various problems of conflict of laws by international or national elements. In this research, I studied Indonesian Private International Law (hereafter called PIL) relevant to the general issues (especially personal law and renvoi) and the particular issues (especially mixed marriage) in order to clarify the concept of public policy in PIL.
