Research Abstract |
This study project has included four main themes. Firstly, I studied about market function in in the prewar period(1868-1945). Secondly, I studied about the articles that had prohibited the spreading of rumor, use fraudulent means, and insider trading in the period. Thirdly, I studied about securities firms regulations in the period. Fourthly, I studied about stock company-type financial instruments exchange and “Integrate Exchange” in the period.
