| Research Abstract |
Recently, reform of contract law is taking place in many countries. Also in Japan, Ministry of Justice is considering the reform of rules on contracts(Civil Code, especially part III : Law on obligations). To make contributions for the reform, we have conducted a research on the rules on remedies for breach of contract.
