Research Abstract |
Mainly focused on regulatory activities of the French CSA, the study has shown conditions of effective regulation such as endorsement by sanction power, and those for avoiding side-effects such as distance between actors concerned and transparency. In addition, it has demonstrated recent developments of co-regulation in the broadcasting sector.
