Research Abstract |
This research clarified diplomatic commitment of Japan in Intermediate range Nuclear Forces (INF) reduction negotiation in the Nakasone administration. Moreover, this research examined how the diplomatic negotiation between Japan and Western countries concerning international security affairs had been institutionalized. Finally, this research analyzed giving of INF reduction plan of Japan the impact to the nuclear weapon reduction negotiation of U. S.-Soviet.
