Research Abstract |
We researched on automotive supplier strategies to build organizational capabilities and relationships with OEMs. The results are as follows : (1) the dysfunction of co-location can be applied to the co-location among different companies ; (2) open innovation view can be partially applied to the automotive supplier systems and (3) Kyohokai has management systems to promote supplier autonomy in its activities as well as to enhance suppliers' organizational capabilities.
