Research Abstract |
This study tries to figure out the mechanism of gap generation/resolution between strategic change and organizational members behavior. In this regard, strategic discourse has critical role in generation/resolution of the gap. Thus, the practice of strategy and discursive practice of strategy is the key to resolve the gap.
