Research Abstract |
This study intended to explore how and when strategic change come about through a description of detailed cases, in addition to why strategic change does. In doing so, we tried to develop its diagnostic model, serving manager's decision-makings. Extracted the branching point and the transition process of strategic change, we made tentative diagnostic model to understand what the company is going on in each situation.
