Research Abstract	In Europe and United States seafood sustainability became a big issue and there were a close relationship between the sustainable seafood movement and the sustainable food movement. The awareness regarding seafood crisis as well as seafood sustainability is still low in Japan but some Japanese chefs are raised their awareness regarding sustainable seafood.
