Research Abstract |
This research conducted four studies (1)Questionnaire regarding how schools are responding parents’ opinion revealed that now classroom teachers are responsible of hearing parents’ opinion and school needs a new system. (2)Field study of an elementary school showed the school uses parents’ opinion for improving the classes, school administration, and students’ support. (3)Field study of a private company showed that many companies today have a system to respond to its customers and uses their voice for product development and improvement of its service. (4) Questionnaire regarding teachers’behavior building partnership with parents revealed that at individual teacher level, teachers do a lot of services to parents to build a partnership with their students’ parents.
