Research Abstract

Under the critical financial condition, it is necessary to delegate budget and power to schools to manage vital compulsory schools. Importance of School Based Management and School Based Finance is considered in the abroad studies leading by studies in United States and United Kingdom. In this research how to bring in and improve School Based Finance system to Japan.
