Research Abstract |
This study considered the use of teacher questions to promote students'[ active reading comprehension in reading instruction and presented teaching strategies using teacher questions, especially how teacher questions should be designed and implemented in reading instruction in junior high school and high school. In addition, this study focused on the roles of inferential questions and presented teaching strategies using inferential questions to promote students' deep understanding of texts.
