Research Abstract |
Novel fluorescent reagents were developed for monitoring redox state. The fluorescent reagents(Cy-NQ, PBI-AQ) consist of fluorophore unit(cyanine(Cy), perylene bisimide(PBI)) and redox-responsive unit(naphthoquinone(NQ), anthraquinone(AQ). Fluorescent responses of the fluorescent reagents were observed based on the redox reactions.
