Research Abstract |
To promote high-sensitive gene detection methods with simplicity and rapidity, a novel "signal-on"-typed gene probe was developed based on dissociation of a redox complex triggered by DNA recognition. The probe enabled simple DNA detection for non-labeled DNAs with 5-fold increase in observed redox current. Moreover, gene sensing devices were developed to simultaneously detect multiple DNAs with simplicity, rapidity, and sequence-specificity.
