Research Abstract |
We synthesized various substituted fluorescent deoxyadenosine derivatives. Among them cyano-substituted deoxyguanosine analog showed a remarkable solvatochromicity. Such environmentally sensitive solvatochromic fluorescent adenosine analog may be useful for sequence specific DNA detection with high efficiency.
