Research Abstract |
Volume holographic memory (VHM) has been expected to be a next-generation optical data storage system because of its large storage capacity and fast transfer rate. In this study, we investigated the recording properties in wide band-gap nitride crystals as a new recording material of VHM. Their recording models revealed in this study play an important role to develop and improve the recording material in future.
