Research Abstract |
We studied on optically-controlled gel-microtool fot on-chip micromanipulation. We achieved (1) Bidirectional cell adhesion control of the gel-microtool induced by UV/VIS illumination using Spiropyran, (2) Intracellular measurement using the gel-microsensor injected using the optically-controlled lipofection by optical pH regulation using Leuco crystal violet.
