Research Abstract |
In order to build a small wireless communications system, thebasic circuit blocks which are used for a wireless communications system were realized without using an inductor, and those characteristics have been improved. A noise cancellation structure is applied to a low-noise amplifier and an oscillator. Noise characteristics of a low-noise amplifier and an oscillator are improved drastically. The distortion characteristic of an active inductor circuit has been improved. And the distortion characteristics of a filter and an oscillator using the proposed active inductor have been improved.
