Research Abstract |
The new analysis system has been developed to measure three-dimensional distributions of the trace elements in a minute biological sample. It consists of the technologies of micro-PIXE, on-off axis STIM with a circular strip detector, CT and an image reconstruction method taking account of cross section changes and absorption of X-rays in a sample.
