Research Abstract

KaiC protein was detected in Prochlorococcus cell. Transformation of the cell with E. coli conjugation was not established. Therefore, a knock-down method as inhibition of translation technique was applied. Natural oligonucleotide had a week effect on Prochlorococcus KaiC. Now artificial oligonucleotide LNA is being examined.
